With our work featured on HGTV, in Elle Decor, and by Room & Board, we’re looking for a Lighting Artisan to join our assembly team and help craft the fixtures that elevate spaces in homes, restaurants, hotels, and more.

The Role
As a Lighting Artisan, you’ll be an integral part of our assembly team, crafting and wiring colorful light fixtures in a variety of styles and colors using our easy-to-read schematics. You’ll start by training on assembly of simple, small items and develop your confidence over time to craft and test larger, complex chandeliers. Whether you’re experienced in wiring or a passionate maker with a keen eye for detail, this role offers an opportunity to grow your skills while creating products that customers love.

What We’re Looking For
- Experience: 2+ years assembly experience (but we encourage hobbyists and makers with wiring, crafting, or assembly experience to apply!); of course, lighting wiring experience a huge plus!
- Skills: Proficiency with common hand tools (pliers, wrenches, screwdrivers, drills), attention to detail, and the ability to test and troubleshoot assembled fixtures
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Team Spirit: A collaborative, positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Vision: 20/20 vision or 20/30 corrected vision to ensure precision in work
What You’ll Do
- Craftsmanship: Assemble, wire, and test a variety of light fixtures ensuring attention to detail
- Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing and quality checks to ensure products meet exacting standards
- Preparation: Clean, wrap, and label products for shipment with care
- Machining: Use basic tools to modify parts as needed (drilling, threading, etc.)
- Inventory Management: Receive, count, and organize inventory to maintain production flow
- Workspace Maintenance: Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace
